Know Your Market

When selling your home, or anything for that matter, it is important to know your market.  This lady clearly doesn't know her market, and she's paying the price for it.  :)    If you're selling your home, work with people who know yours.

This is too funny.  Before retiring from real estate, I met some FSBOs that knew their market about like this.

Sometimes not knowing is better than knowing. At least you can go on with life in a possitive manner. Parklane Estates has a 16 month supply, how do you tell THAT to your seller!!!
