    Additions/Remodeling Overview

    When building additions or remodeling a home that you plan to sell in the near future, make sure you know which improvements will pay for themselves and which ones are a waste of time and money.  Don't forget to make sure the changes you make are the ones that prospective buyers want. If converting your den into a closet is desirable, then go for it.  If there is a chance buyers would prefer to have the den vs. having a 300 sq. ft. closet, then you should wait and plan to have that super large closet in your next home.
