    Concrete, Brick, Stone Overview

Repair damage on walkways and porches around the house.  Pay particular attention to those areas leading to the front door.  Cracked concrete, brick or stone can sometimes indicate foundation problems and it's not the first thing that you want your potential buyers wondering about.  Buyers have a tendency to think the worst first.  If only one area is damaged, it may be possible to replace/repair individual sections rather than the entire walkway. If you want an efficient little upgrade, consider installing a stamped concrete walkway/porch or patio to increase the aesthetic appeal. If there are motor oil stains on a drive-way, get rid of them by using a solution made for that purpose. Pressure-wash all walkways and porches.  It will give your home a nice clean look and increased curb appeal.  Rust or mold stains that can't be removed with pressure-washing can generally be treated with bleach.
