Hi Cheryl,
I always recommend a pre-list home inspection even though I'm not an inspector but a home stager. It can help eliminate and identify any questions you may have about the property and inevitably the buyers will have those (and more) questions themselves. Any problem will be revealed after the offer is made anyway when the buyer's enlist their own inspector to check the property and I'd rather know before than after anything that could be a deal breaker.
