Mold Issues and selling

 We are wanting to sell our house and have recently foudn out we have mold in the attic space and in our bathroom.  We are not finacially in a place to pay for having the work done.  Is it possible to sell the house as is as long as we disclose the fact that there will be some work needed and lower the price to compensate for that?

Although this question is beyond my area of expertise I would encourage you to call an inspector or a specialist in your area that deals with mold to determine the true cost and depth of your problem.
