Furniture Solution for Dining Room - Please

Although we've lived in our home for over 2 years, we never have purchased dining room furniture (we eat on our table in the breakfast area of the kitchen).  We are not in a position to spend the  $1,000+ it will take to fill up this room.  Can you please give me other ideas of what can be done to make this room more attractive to buyers - without it costing me so much?

When selling, even though you don't use it, you really must showcase this room for it's intended purpose, a dining room, and not try and make it something it's not. You won't need to spend $1,000 to do it either.  Shop furniture rental clearance centers or scratch and dent at regular furniture stores for a good deal.  You don't need much more than a table, 4 chairs a centerpiece and move your wall art to the other wall. I'd also take down the items on the top portion of the wall and possibly put some greenery up there to bring the eye up to see the niche. I don't know what your kitchen table looks like but if appropriate, move that in this space and put a smaller table in your kitchen eat in area. You can save even more money that way if you can use your kitchen table (again if appropriate) in this space.

Thank you for the advice.  My breakfast/kitchen table, unfortunately, is a tall, small table for 4 with 4 stools.  Although it looks nice.  I think it will look odd in the middle of our dining room - especially without any other furniture to fill it up.  I like what you did.  It's amazing, but the dining room you are showing here looks almost identical to mine but maybe a little smaller.  How much would it cost, if you know, to rent a table and chairs like this one?

 The furniture you see here Sandy came from CORT Furniture Rental and the accessories are from my inventory. CORT in my area requires a 3 month $300 per month rental agreement with staged homes however, you'd get more than just a dining table & 4 chairs at that price. But they do have a clearance center with similar nice items! Check it out as well as Brook if you have them in your area.  I also thought the dining room looked like yours, that's why I posted my photo
