Stage our second bedroom as a bedroom or office?

We have a two bedroom condo and are using the second bedroom as an office. When we're trying to sell it, should we replace the desk with a bed, or is it okay to leave it setup as an office?

Our condo does not allow residents under age 18, so everyone is either single or couples. So the second bedroom isn't necessary as a bedroom for most people. But I'm not sure if the room will seem smaller if we don't have a bed in it.

Good question. I always tell my clients to sell & return the room (if necessary) for it's intended purpose and since you only have 2 bedrooms in the entire condo, you need to sell both bedrooms.

Most people will know they can also use it as an office but do you want them to recall a "one bedroom with an office" or a "2 bedroom" condo? Buyers see a lot of properties in a day  and they'll remember what they see. If you had more than 2 bedrooms I would say it's OK to keep one as an office but buyers who are previewing your condo are expecting to see 2 bedrooms and yes, know that a bed will fit.
