As long as the flooring is in good shape and the color and style is consistent throughout the areas you mention you shouldn't have a problem unless houses in your price point and location have real wood floors and are competitively priced with yours. It could run you several thousand dollars to replace and can you be sure you'll choose what buyers are looking for with confidence?
You obviously liked the home when you purchased it for more than the combination of "oak doors and fake wood floors" and have lived in it without changing it for yourself then there must be selling features that attracted you. Does it have a great flow, nice architectural details, space? Highlight the other good features of the house.
