We do not sponsor, endorse, recommend or approve of any real estate agent, broker, loan officer or other real estate industry-related service provider who offers services through the Site. Profiles regarding real estate professionals and the content of blogs are provided here as a courtesy to visitors who are interested in information regarding buying or selling a house. Profile content is not prepared by Energized Seller, they are prepared by the individual highlighted in the profile. 

The Site and the services offered by Energized Seller through the Site are provided solely as a forum to connect members of the Site and to enable the exchange of information. You acknowledge Energized Seller is not a real estate broker, mortgage broker or mortgage lender, and does not broker real estate transactions and does not aid or assist borrowers in obtaining, solicit borrowers or lenders for, negotiate or make loans secured by liens on real property.  We do not provide any appraisal, brokerage, listing, mortgage, title insurance, escrow or other real estate industry-related services, and do not claim to be licensed to provide any real estate-related services.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Energized Seller with respect to your use of the Site. There are no other representations, warranties, terms, agreements or conditions, either written or oral, with respect to your use of the Site except as set forth in this Agreement.  The terms herein as they relate to the ordering of merchandise from the site, if merchandise is available through our Site, are supplemented by our Ordering Policies.  If you are a customer or business partner of Energized Seller who has a written agreement with Energized Seller, this Agreement is subject to, and governed by, the terms of any such written agreement you have entered into with Energized Seller.
